Process Service

Our process service company was established in 2001. Our staff knows that the foundation of your case is acquiring jurisdiction over necessary party defendants and having that service be in accordance with the law. We have built our business and reputation on being careful: careful in our selection and supervision of process servers and careful in training and keeping our in-house staff updated on applicable changes in the law so we can offer you the best service possible. We are available by telephone Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Our in house couriers will retrieve documents at your office or, alternatively, you can scan, email, or fax them at your convenience.

Legal Advertising

Our Legal Advertising Department can help you with your publication needs. Once we receive a copy of an Order of Publication or a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, we arrange to have everything published quickly, in the most cost-efficient way possible to provide you and your client with the vast savings. When arranging a foreclosure sale, we contact the Referee, schedule a sale date, arrange for posting of notices (if applicable) and attend the sale on your client’s behalf.

Affidavits of Heirship
When attempting to serve process during a legal proceeding, it is oftentimes discovered that a party defendant to a foreclosure matter is deceased. When this happens, it is necessary to determine what interested parties to the decedent’s estate must be named and served in order to acquire jurisdiction and move the action forward. In the case where a defendant is deceased and there are no surrogates proceeding on record for either testate or intestate matters, it is necessary to provide a diligent search of any and all potential heirs to the interests of a deceased defendant.

  4. Provide Information from Experts
